Document care & any significant observations client needs Qualifications Previous experience with intellectual disabled individuals is preferred. Strong skills teaching daily activities - cooking, grooming & independent living Excellent communication skills High school diploma and reliable transportation Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others achieve independence. Must be reliable, punctual, able to work flexible hours Back ground check needed
