Imaginative Nanny For Toddler Daughter

We are seeking childcare for our sweet3-year-old daughter starting in January. We'll need someone to pick her up from our neighborhood preschool (walking distance from our house!), feed her lunch, let her nap, and do a short afternoon activity until 5:00. Our toddler is imaginative, funny, and sweetly shy. She loves to draw, read stories, and play pretend. My husband and I both work out of the home. We have an awesome 13-year-old daughter who you'll see in the afternoons and a loving, small hypoallergenic dog. We want to find someone who can provide fun times coupled with kind, thoughtful regulation for our daughter, and have a communicative, dependable relationship with us.
