Start your new year off with this wonderful nanny position! If you are a warm and nurturing nanny who adores the infant stage and beyond, this family would love to meet you! The family has a wonderful and active 5-month-old boy and is looking for a trustworthy and dependable nanny to join them on January 2nd. Mom works from home but has a very demanding job so hopes to find a nanny who is proactive and can independently manage the day. They would love for him to get out and about for walks in the neighborhood and for the nanny to engage with him through reading books, music, and age-appropriate developmental activities throughout the day. A nanny who is truly passionate about helping little ones grow and learn is ideal! During naptime, the family would appreciate help with light household duties such as tidying the baby's spaces, washing bottles, the child's laundry, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and preparing formula and breastmilk. The baby is your priority, so if naptime is short or he needs more attention, household duties are secondary. The family has friendly labs in the home so they would also greatly appreciate help with vacuuming the common areas to keep the floors clean as their little one begins to crawl. The pups may need to be let in and out of the house occasionally, but will not require too much attention from the nanny. The typical work hours will be 7:30 AM-1:30 PM Monday-Friday, however, a nanny who has some flexibility to stay later or occasionally help with evening/weekend care for date nights would be a bonus! Grandparents live nearby and want to take turns covering the afternoons, but occasionally they may ask the nanny to fill in. The family is happy to guarantee 30 hours minimum with the opportunity to offer additional hours if the nanny is available.
