Part Time Nanny For 10 Month Old Baby!

Hi! I'm a stay at home mom who is also in graduate school, and I need some part time help during the day. I am looking for someone who can cover 3-5 hour shifts a few times per week during the day. This will help me get some schoolwork done! Often those shifts will be flexible based on someone else's schedule. I am looking for someone who is interested in mostly doing one on one play with our baby (the coolest and cutest baby ever!) like crawling and walking support. We want someone to help with developmental activities but also who wants to relate and have fun with our adorable baby! We do have an energetic puppy who likes to join in the fun as well.
