About the job
We are looking for a warm, caring nanny who loves nature and embraces a gentle, child-led approach to caregiving. Our family is screen-free and values outdoor play, creativity, curiosity, and the Montessori and Waldorf philosophy. We aim to foster a calm, nurturing environment that allows our children to explore the world at their own pace. - Oldest kid is in school most of the day. - Middle child will be home from preschool in the afternoons. You'll spend the most time with him! - Baby mostly hangs with me (mom), but as she gets older you will gradually take on more caregiving responsibilities. We are looking for someone Monday-Thursday 12-5 p.m. and Fridays from 9-4 p.m. Light housekeeping and clean-up are part of the role, and we require someone who is an excellent driver, as transportation/outings will be needed.
