Seeking Part-time Babysitter For Our Newborn Girl!

Hello! We are seeking a caring, responsible part-time babysitter for our upcoming newborn (baby girl due November 2024). I will be going back to work in February, so we are starting the babysitter search now in hopes of finding someone who feels like this is a great fit. We are seeking a babysitter with experience who prioritizes safety and will support our baby toward reaching developmental milestones. I used to be a kindergarten teacher, so our home is filled with children's books - we hope you will love reading with our little one! Consistency is also important to us, so we hope to find someone who will be able to stay with us for at least a year. A little bit about our family: Our older daughter N(3 years old) will continue going to preschool, so this position is intended to be just for the new baby. However you will be joined at home by our sweet and goofy Goldendoodle, Weasley. He loves children and being part of the fun, so any babysitter must be comfortable with dogs. My husband Chris is an ER doctor and works irregular hours. I work fully remotely (Mon-Wed, 8am-6pm), so I will be working from the upstairs office while you are taking care of the baby. Schedule logistics: We are seeking 20 hours of babysitting coverage between Monday - Wednesday while I work. Ideally, we would love someone to be with us two days a week, 8am-6pm, but the actual timing can be flexible (for example, let us know Monday and Wednesday work better for you or if 9am-4 p.m. Mon-Wed works better for you).
