Nanny Needed For 17-month-old Special Needs Daughter With A Second Daughter On The Way In February

Full-time nanny for our happy and social 17-month-old, who has a rare syndrome, to start in Dec 2024/Jan 2025. We are also expecting our second daughter early Feb 2025. Expectation would be to start caring for both girls after our maternity/paternity leave ends in July/August (roughly 5-6 months old at that time). Job would mainly be M-F, b/w hours of 7:30a-5:30p in 8-9-hour days depending on mom's work schedule (in healthcare) + the opportunity for more (nights/weekends.) Rate is $24-26/hr, based on experience, with paid holidays, PTO/sick days. Rate increase of $2/hr when care of the 2nd child starts. Details: - Participate in PT, OT, speech & swallow sessions. - Basic toddler care: diaper changes, nap time, feeding, tidying up + cleaning. Laundry as needed.
