We are seeking care in our home in south Durham for 30-40 hours per week (see below). The position includes guaranteed hours and paid sick/vacation days. Duties will be focused on childcare, but we will also need a small amount of help with our friendly, older dog on some days. We sometimes work from home and looking for someone who is comfortable with us being around. Schedule: August: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. September - December: 30 hours per week. M/W/F 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and full days Tu/Th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. May return to full time for a few weeks in December. January onward: 30-40 hours/week, schedule TBD. We are due to welcome our second child in early January 2025 and plan to continue working with a nanny while I am home on maternity leave through at least April 2025.
