I'm a doctor and will occasionally have to work weekends, overnight, and often until 6-8 p.m. Starting in September, my baby will be enrolled in daycare during the week starting in but he will need a nanny pick him up at 3 p.m. and watch him until 6-8 p.m. during the workweek. We will also need nanny care for my weekend and overnight shifts.
