"As Needed" Caregiver Needed With Some Scheduled Nights

They are comfortable together. Some of the kids may not be here all the time due to extracurricular activities or visits with various family members. We try to promote hands on or out door play and M and A working in the house and yard. M is 13, she is all into her phone but also enjoys drawing. She struggles with anxiety and is hoping the baby sitter won't yell at her, lol. A is 7 and she is in 3rd grade, she is smart for her age and enjoys hands on activities as well as technology and being outside. D is 7 and is severely autistic, she is mostly non verbal but is learning and she is still potty training. We struggle with hitting and pushing and screaming with her. She LOVES to be outside or to play on the Xbox but she can't use laptops because she picks off keys. W is 5 his is also on the spectrum but is very ahead for his age and can read on a 3rd grade level. He is very picky with food and surroundings. He yells sometimes and will occasionally pick fights with the other kids but not to bad. D is almost 3, he is in diapers we have not started potty training. We have 5 kids we're seeking care for, one of them is a teenager and can help with diapers, meal prep and clean up. Two are in diapers. We have two special needs children, but one struggles the most with hitting and pushing. We need someone who is comfortable dealing with that. We're looking for someone who has paid experience with special needs children or adults. We also need someone who is willing to work on an as needed basis, with 2 hour notice and work late into the night. We frequently have to travel 2 hrs away for work conferences so we need someone who can work after midnight. These times will be in advance. The as needed 2 hr notice basis would just apply to the schedule listed. You would need your own car, walking isn't really an option unless you live in one of the adjacent neighborhoods and there is no public transportation available. We have plenty of parking. We have 7 dogs and 3 cats, they are all friendly. They dogs will be kenneled or on chains outside during your work hours. One cat roams the house freely the other two stay in a baby sitter off limits room.
