Newborn Help While I Work Remotely

I am returning from maternity leave so I need someone with experience with newborns. I work from home and my grandmother lives in the house so you will have support if you need it. I prefer someone with available references. I work 2P-11P so once the baby goes down you can leave. If you need to leave early my grandmother can always put her down. I do have a cat so please don't apply of allergic. Thank you!
