Part-time Nanny For 3 Month Old Girl (Flexible Hours)

Our baby girl will be 3 months when mom goes back to work. Dad works from home full time and mom is home 1/2 time, so hours can be flexible. We have a nursery and upstairs living room dedicated to watching the baby, along with a screened in porch which she loves! Expectations are only to care for the baby, no additional housework or pet care, although we do have an older dog that will be present. We would also like to use a nanny for occasional evenings out and weekend babysitting. The position will be for at least 1 year, we will be putting her into daycare as she gets a little older (TBD).
