We are seeking attentive and trustworthy sitters, senior caregivers, and elder caregivers to join our team in providing excellent care to seniors, elders, and children. We NEED you in Charlotte! Bonuses: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives Payment: Weekly direct deposit Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week Holiday Pay: For most nationally observed holidays Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked Healthcare: $0 primary care telehealth appointments, health care advocate services 401-K: Matching after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked Support: An agency that treats you like family, providing support and coaching Schedule Availability: 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday) TIME: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requirements Age: At least 18 years old Must be willing to work with both children and adult Communication: Excellent texting skills for updates and availability Experience: Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare 2 childcare references required License: Valid driver's license and vehicle Commitment: Minimum 3 months If Hired Work Status: Legal work status in the US Certification: Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment Orientation: Complete an online orientation How It Works Create Your Schedule: Set your availability through our TLC Calendar Get Matched: TLC assigns shifts based on your availability, experience, and preferences Work Your Shift: Shifts vary in length and timing. If a shift is under 4 hours, you will still be paid for 4 hours Work in Multiple Family Homes: You'll work for a variety of wonderful families throughout the week.
