Flexible Caregiver With No Set Schedule

I'm a Single Father with shared custody 50% of the time. In need of a flexible caregiver for my children on days when I can't pick them up from school, and depending on the day, get them to after school activities, or back home. Easy peasy. Some housekeeping would be nice with cleaning up what I couldn't get to, and also instructing children to do the same to make the home orderly. Dog sitting and walks may also be something needed on certain days, not necessarily days I have my children. Ideally looking for someone who can be proactive in asking me if I need the help, instead of waiting for me to say I do. While the answer may be no sometimes, it's the thought that will count. Someone nearby for convenience, who may enjoy or just need to get out of the house. Includes YMCA membership as well, that's walking distance, in Afton Village.
