She is learning how to talk just not in full sentences yet. L requires a lot of attention she likes to go into places and explore so she must be watched at all times to see what she is doing. L loves to sing and listen to nice music. If you have a good vibe she will come to you if not then something will be wrong if she doesnt come to you. But sometimes you will have to grow on her.
