In Search Of Our Mary Poppins!

We are a big busy family in search of our very own Mary Poppins! More of a mother's helper/nanny/au pair role but without the live-in part. We own and operate a media production company, and my husband has had to travel a lot more, I am in pursuit of helping my husband in a more official role, and I need so much help! We have five kids (12, 10, 9, and 2 yr old twins) and a dog, so the main portion of care time would be for the 2-year-old twins and partnering with me. Household chores, childcare and help with organizing would be assumed. Breakdown: - Fixed: Part time hours are what we have budgeted for. No more than 20 hours a week, or the equivalent of 4 hours a day. - Variable: potential of overnight/overtime stays during business trips, openness to date day/night coverage at least twice a month.
