My child is a toddler, 1-year-old. He still nurses some, but he loves to eat food. He likes to eat breakfast within the first 30 minutes after he wakes up, and normally takes his first nap around 3 hours after his wake up time. He loves to play with his toys and watches a little bit of tv. He can watch kids shows. He does some independent play, but I keep a monitor up to watch him if he is in his room and I'm in another area.
