Seeking Reliable, Creative Nanny 32 Hours A Week

I am a single mother with one baby boy due May 21st and two indoor cats. I am seeking a nanny to help periodically during my maternity leave from May to September and then work 32 hours a week once I return to work. When I return to work in September, the hours would be Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 4:00. This is a live-out position providing care in my home. I work from home and will be available throughout the day. I would value a nanny with knowledge of developmental stages and creative ideas for engaging activities that will facilitate development.
