Seeking an experienced Tutor/Nanny to support and care for a 13-year-old. Must have a background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a nurturing environment. Responsibilities: Encourage intellectual curiosity through engaging activities; Facilitate structured educational and enrichment activities; Ensure the childs safety and well-being; Perform light housework and meal prep; Guide the child in developing independence and responsibility; and Regularly update parents on the childs progress. Qualifications: Experience as a teacher, tutor, or nanny; Knowledge of ABA or Speech therapy; and Strong understanding of educational best practices and child development. Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10:30 a.m. 3:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends; W-2 employee opportunity with competitive pay up to $30/hour.
