We need a nanny for our 1 child in Charlotte. And we're looking now! We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Prior experience as a nanny is preferred. Skilled at working with children through their 12 month development period Passionate about your work and your relationship with the child. Committed to being a positive role model through effective behavior management with the child and patience. Ability to climb stairs and ability to monitor floor mat activities with child. Manage daily schedule with child. Articulate and ability to communicate directions to child. History of prompt, timely arrival to work; minimal unplanned absences from work. Neat, clean physical appearance and practice of good hygiene. Emphasis on child safety. Practice of minimal personal calls/texts during work period.
