We're a lowkey, creative family of 3 (soon to be 4) .,seeking a reliable part-time nanny for our currently 16-month-old toddler boy with the hopes of expanding to more hours when baby brother arrives August 30th. A good match would watch our toddler 2 or 3 half days a week (8-12 hour/week) from now until baby brother arrives end of summer, and increase to 2 full days and 3 half days a week (28 hours) when baby brother arrives to primarily engage toddler when he's home from preschool while mom cares for baby (there is possible occasion of helping mom with newborn .
