Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Charlotte

We are looking for an amazing nanny for our first son when I go back to work. I work 12 hour shifts in healthcare so schedule is fluctuating but planned out at least 2 months in advance. It will be 2-3 days per week, approximately 8-5. We can be flexible on times. My husband does occasionally work from home. We have a sweet dog and 2 cats. We would like our caregiver to be non smoking and vaccinated.
