Nanny Needed For My Children In Charlotte.

We have twin 2-year-olds. Looking for someone to assist the mother and/or father providing care from when the twins get home at 5:00 p.m. until they go to bed around 7:30 p.m. This would include helping with dinner prep/cleanup, playing with and watching the kids, bath time, and putting them to bed. Ideally the caregiver would also be open to staying to housesit for 2-3 hours after the kids have gone to bed, maybe once every week or two so the mother and father could have a night out. Would also be great if both the parents and caregiver could get eventually get comfortable enough to have just the caregiver home alone with the kids for the nightly routine, though this would be on rare occasion. We would also be open to giving the caregiver more hours (morning and/or evening) on occasional weekend days.
