Child Care Needed Near South End

We are about to move to Charlotte area in March. I am a nurse, planning on taking a hospital job in Charlotte. I'm looking for help after school, and maybe before school for my sweet 9yr old son. If both times are needed, I'm willing to work with 2 different people to make it happen. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car for drop-off/pick-up, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. This would likely occur 3 varying days/wk.
