Our child is 4 months old - her days typically look like 1. 5-2 hour naps 2-3x a day with bottle feeding and play time between. We try to get her outside for a walk or just some fresh air at least once or twice a day. At this point in time we're just looking for someone who is willing to get on the floor for tummy time, explore new forms of play, read books, and "have conversations" with her. The right nanny will keep their phone elsewhere and the tv off - our goal is to fill her day with activities and little to no screens.
