PT Nanny Needed For Special Needs 2-Year-Old

Our current nanny will be unable to work mid-April to mid-May, so we're looking for a date night/weekend sitter who we can use as a PT nanny during that time. The schedule is very flexible (not represented in the hours here), with 20 hrs per week expected. The big caveat to that is that we have the sweetest, most beautiful baby in the world, but she's also special needs. She has global delays, so she's not talking yet (but there's a distinct "daddy" and "hey!"), and she definitely wants to move but can't quite do more than roll. She's a giant, smiley infant in a toddler body. Given her size and lack of mobility, her caregiver would need to be able to bend and lift up to 40 pounds from the floor and be able to carry that same weight up and down stairs. Other than that part, she's easy and fun!
