Afternoon Help Needed For Two Kiddos!

Our kids love to play with toys, read, color, play with play doh, and be outside in the backyard where we have a swing set. The late afternoon timeframe generally involves dinner from 5-5:45, bath starting at 6 which lasts 20-30 minutes. This is followed by pajamas and reading a couple kids books together. We'd be looking for help in making sure the toys are picked up and the kids dishes are washed from dinner. After bath is where there is a split. Our older daughter then usually comes downstairs for a little while. Our little one is generally then lights out in the bedroom and rocked from 6:45 and put down before 7 p.m. We want someone who is patient, caring, and engaging. It's important to us that when someone is here, they are fully focused on the girls. No pets! We like to keep the house fairly tidy!
