The role involves keeping the children engaged with age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety, and providing basic care, including feeding (meals will be prepped, just need to be warmed and served) and diaper changes. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants and toddlers, be reliable, and be able to maintain a calm and nurturing environment.
