We are looking for a part time and flexible nanny who is available 2-3 days/week for 8hrs/day with hopes they will be with our family long term! I am a nurse practitioner at the hospital so the days of the week will vary week to week but you will have the schedule 3 months in advance. We are willing to offer guaranteed pay for 16hrs/week and then additional pay for hours used beyond that.
