Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working with children on the autism spectrum particularly non-verbal communication. Is patient, compassionate, and understanding of sensory sensitivities and unique behavioral needs. Can provide a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment for all three kids. Is comfortable managing multiple children at once and balancing their needs. Has strong communication skills and can provide updates on the children's well being. CPR and First Aid certified preferred.
