Trauma Informed/Special Needs Informed Babysitter

We are looking for a babysitter, primarily for 1 of our six children. He is a precious kiddo who has a history of trauma and some social/emotional special needs. Our family is made up of both biological and adopted children that range in age from 9-16. The needs of our 9-year-old prevent our older children from babysitting him on a regular basis. We are looking for someone who would be willing to come alongside us in this journey of life and adventure of parenting. We would love to find someone who is first aid and CPR certified. We may occasionally ask that our caregiver babysit more than our one 9-year-old, or there may be some of our other children present. In some ways, this is similar to a one-on-one situation.
