We would require someone who is inclusive and culturally competent. We are a Black queer couple, and this is a priority!! We are looking for someone to stay overnight when travel requires both parents to be gone. This includes: - homework assistance - Preparing for school in the morning - Minor dinner prep (warming food, receiving door dash, etc.) - Picking up/dropping off at a family member's house - Pet care (the children are old enough to aid in this and will be primarily responsible) School days for child #1 start at 7:15 a.m. and end at 2:15 p.m. School times for child #2 start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:15 p.m. The children are pretty independent and have a routine for nightly chores, homework, and dinner. Child #2 has minor attention deficit difficulties and does take medication.
