Mother's Helper/Nanny Needed For A 4 Month Old Beginning Late March

We have a sweet new baby girl, born on Halloween this year! She is our first child and will be 4 months old when care begins (late March hopefully). I am a new stay-at-home mother and would love a little help in the late afternoons three days a week for three hours each day (we are flexible on days and times). I have chronic illnesses and need a little rest time in the afternoons, but will be at home most of the time when care is being provided. We would also love it if the individual could help turn over a load of laundry or unload the dishwasher once in a while. We have a very friendly Golden Retriever, but we do need someone comfortable with pets. We know our needs will likely grow over time and would love to establish a working relationship with someone for future employment opportunities.
