We have 4 children aged 4, 8, 13 and 14 that are all in school (or preschool). Our oldest gets out of school at noon, our youngest at 1 p.m. and our other two at 3 p.m. This combined with after-school activities makes it very challenging to accomplish anything during the day. We need a driver to do the pick up rounds and entertain our 4-year-old between pick-ups. Reliability and time management skills are key. Experience with younger children is essential.
