Awesome Night Nanny For Our Newborn (12 Weeks) !

We are looking for a great overnight nanny for our baby in Charlotte. We would prefer a nanny who has experience doing night nursing services, has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Our primary goal to have a wonderful person help us establish a healthy nighttime routine, assist with feeding and make the newborn stage more manageable. We're ideally looking for someone to arrive at 9 p.m. and stay until 6 a.m. 5-7 nights per week would be ideal.
