Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Charlotte

I'm looking for a great, full-time nanny for 1 child. I'm flexible on the schedule--doesn't have to be 9-5, as I work full-time from home. Some light housekeeping would be helpful, not required. Open to nanny share! Our ideal nanny is experienced not just with babysitting, but full-time nannying. She doesn't spend much time in front of a screen (big or small) when she's with my child. She's warm and bubbly with him, chatty, and loves to make him smile. We do have 2 well-behaved dogs and a cat, so please consider that when applying.
