My daughter is sweet and a lot of fun. Shes definitely in her 2s so we try to prevent tantrums by limiting the power struggle. Shes very hands on and helpful (in a toddler kind of way) . Loves to do what youre doing like a little best friend. Shes very thoughtful and picks up on things quick. We only need a couple of hours a night due to her dad and Is new work schedule. She does have food allergies. She requires a patient and friendly sitter. We would prefer someone that can be consistent and reliable. We are very family oriented.
