Full-time, Long-term Nanny Needed For Our 6-month Old Son

We are looking for a long-term, full-time nanny to help care for our infant son C during weekdays. He is 2 months old now but will be about 6 months old by the time we need care to start. My husband and I both work from home so are around for support if needed but would like our caregiver to be self-sufficient. We would like our caregiver to assist in C growth and development in a few ways: 1) participate in socialization opportunities such as library story times and other baby-appropriate group classes, 2) maximizing wake windows through active play and reading, and 3) following whatever established sleep schedule we have at the time. We also have two dogs so our caregiver must be comfortable with dogs.
