Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Charlotte

I'm looking for a knowledgable nanny for 2 children (different families) for a nanny share set up. We are looking for someone for approximately 30 hours a week. The two children are around 4 months old. Nanny would need to be comfortable with dogs. We're looking for someone to be an extension of our families, a clear/consistent communicator, and someone who genuinely bonds with our children.
