Nanny Needed For Nanny Share Opportunity ($18/hr Per Family)

We are in search of nanny starting mid-March for our son who will be 6 months old. My husband and I live in the Wesley Heights. He works remotely and I work a hybrid schedule. This will be a full-time position. We do have 2 small dogs that will stay in my husband's office with him during the day. We do have a family we will be sharing with and their daughter is 1-month-older. This would be a true 50/50 split and they live 1 mile from us. We are hoping to stay around $18/hr per family. We need someone to start with the other family at the beginning of February and then our son will join the share in March when my husband goes back to work.
