New WFH Mom Looking For A Long Term Nanny/friend For My 8 Week Old

My first baby girl is 8 weeks old and I am looking to hire a nanny who will assist in taking care of her while I am home and also if I need to run errands. My husband and I don't have family in Charlotte and he works a lot leaving me to independently raising my baby on my own.. and it's a lot of work for one person! I work from home and will be back to my job part time in January and full time in March. So you would be seeing me a lot. I am also breastfeeding and will mostly be available for her feedings but also have a supply in the freezer. It's important to me that our nanny can help put her down for her naps, do playtime, and help her learn and grow while giving me time to spend with my husband and just to be me again! I'm very flexible with the schedule right now since I am just starting out and am new to this experience and just want to meet someone who will vibe well with us. I'm open to doing interviews asap.
