Nanny For 6-month Old In Charlotte

My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our son who will be 6 months, beginning in January 2025. This role would be Monday through Friday, though actual times during the days can be figured out (we are thinking 9-5, but guaranteed 35-40 hours a week). My husband and I work from home two days a week and work from our offices three days a week. Duties include caring for and playing with our son (developmental activities, etc.) and light house work (like washing bottles, folding the baby's laundry, etc.).
