We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Charlotte. Our son (4yo) is smart and athletic. However, he has some challenging behavior issues (easy to anger, high energy, prone to tantrums) and we need someone willing to work with those behaviors. Our daughter (21mos) is a joy - funny, sassy, and chatty. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets.
