Loving And Caring Babysitter For An Infant

I am a first time mother and will be returning back to work after my leave is up. I am looking for someone to help out with my baby boy while I work during the day. This would be from 8-5 M-F and possible help on the weekends, my work schedule can tend to vary sometimes hours wise. I also have a puppy who would need to be taken to the bathroom( she is pretty good at letting you know when she needs to go). 1 miniature dachshunds named Benny. She will be turning 2 in September. She is very energetic but also very loving and loves people!
