I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my four children in Charlotte, NC. Two of my kids are 4-year-old non-verbal twins on the autism spectrum, and I also have a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old. The ideal nanny will have experience with special needs children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, and be familiar with communication methods like PECS or sign language. A background in early childhood or special education is a plus, and they must be certified in first aid and CPR.
