Recurring Babysitter Or Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Charlotte

My husband and I are looking for a consistent babysitter or nanny in Charlotte for our daughter who is 14 months. My husband has a demanding job with long hours that can be variable week to week. We are seeking someone who could come alongside our family some week days and occasional weekends, and would help with light housekeeping and some meal prep.
