Caring, Dependable Family Assistant Needed In Carrboro/Chapel Hill

Busy family seeking organized, reliable Family Assistant to bring a bit more balance to our household. Two parents with demanding work/travel schedules, an active 5-year-old, a live-in grandpa, and loving small dog. Can flex on schedule, including adding hours/days if things are going well. We need someone who is collaborative, communicative & able to take initiative to get things done that need doing once they get a feel for our household rhythm. Some areas we need help with: Childcare: Pick up kiddo 2 days/week. In fall, manage afterschool pickup as we start kindergarten. Plan fun, creative activities to keep her active, off screens & excited to learn! Elder Assistance: Take grandpa to occasional doctor appts, haircuts, etc., & help him keep his room tidy. Household support: General tidying as needed. Pet help: an occasional walk
