We are a busy family looking for an organized, reliable Family Assistant to bring a little more balance to our household. We are two parents with demanding work/travel schedules, an active 5-year-old starting kindergarten in the fall, a live-in grandpa, and a loving small dog. Childcare: Pick up kiddo 1-2 days/week. Starting in fall, manage afterschool pickup as we start kindergarten. Plan fun, creative activities to keep her active, off screens, and excited to learn! Elder Assistance: Take grandpa to occasional doctors appts, haircuts, etc. Household support: General tidying, light meal prep, some errands. Pet help: an occasional long walk
