Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Cary.

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Cary, with experience with neurodivergent children (ADHD) and challenging behaviors. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Our 5-year-old has ADHD and possible PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance). He is highly sensory seeking with a low tolerance for frustration. He does well with someone familiar with PDA, who can be a stable and steady presence with a lot of patience and positivity. Does well when demands are lowered or disguised as a fun game. Can have aggressive meltdowns but not every day. To be frank though, he is challenging and requires someone with experience with ADHD children. Im happy to explain in more detail. Our 2-year-old is generally happy with standard toddler behaviors.
