Part Time, As Needed, Babysitter

I am seeking an experienced babysitter for my 9-year-old daughter. This will be a sporadic, as-needed schedule. Her mother is a healthcare worker and I am a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts so the hours of care needed will be during the hours of 8am-5 p.m. until her mother returns from work or whenever childcare is simply needed on the weekends.
